Static analysis isn’t enough. We are seeing a rise in active agents (like ClusterCost) that live inside the infrastructure. These agents don’t just report; they recommend. They auto-scale. They terminate waste.

The best FinOps tool isn’t a dashboard. It’s a CLI that blocks a deployment because it exceeds the budget.
