ECS agent	CLUSTERCOST_CLUSTER	Logical identifier for cost attribution.
ECS agent	TENANT_LABELS	Comma-separated metadata forwarded to dashboards.
Dashboard	CLUSTERCOST_AGENT_URL	gRPC targets separated by commas.
Dashboard	PORT	HTTP port (default 4173).
SaaS	CLUSTERCOST_SAAS_TOKEN	Auth token generated in the SaaS UI.
